First of all, I would highly appreciate the distinguished services made by the Organizing Committee members and other ITF senior members for their remarkable contribution to the successful and colorful hosting of this Championships.

Sincere appreciation should also go to all ITF NGB representatives, ITF Masters and ITF members who showed their invariable support to ITF leadership and displayed their constant enthusiasm and warm affection towards ITF throughout all the time from the preparation and successful finalization of this historical event.

Particular gratitude should be offered to the umpires and the members of Tournament Committee and Umpire Committee who had done their utmost throughout the Championships to secure the fair and professional Tournament without whom a successful Championships is hardly guaranteed .
I would like to send the ardent congratulations to the competition teams including the ones of DPR Korea, Russia, Tajikistan and all the medalists who had displayed their high standard of morality, techniques and indomitable spirit during this Championships.

With utmost joy and honor, I am proud to proclaim this event one of the biggest ever in ITF history with more than 650 participants including 370 competitors from 53 countries and throughout this event ITF fully manifested its unity, friendships, pioneering spirit and wisdom, which is a grand momentum and source of ITF’s everlasting development.
